I did buy several things, and I have the credit, and money to pay for what I bought, so I am not in any trouble with paying for anything........HOWEVER.....I purchased the Bobby Chez smash burgers on auto delivery, for just in case I like them, as I usually buy the KC Steak Burgers, 8 oz, when on easy pay, and just had the last delivery, and have read such good comments.....and the bad....but took the leap of faith, with the understanding I could cancel if I did not like them.......David said on his show...watch the video....Order the larger amount and lock in your easy pay on auto delivery.....SO, I did....When I first went to order, it would not give me the 4 pay easy pay....so talked with Live Chat, that could not help me, as they could not convert to the 4 pay, then called CS, and they told me to order, and then they could edit my easy pay to 4 pay...Did that....Then they charged me with one order of 4 easy pay, AND the full amount on 1 pay....called and emailed again, and they credited me back with the non easy pay order, and then informed me that I could not get any of the additional orders on the easy pay, as although I ordered the auto delivery on easy pay, they would only honor the easy pay for the first order.....
Is this a new policy that auto delivery on easy pay is not an option any longer....only on the first order????? That does not seem fair, since David....The demi idol himself, said to take advantage of the lock in easy pay for auto delivery....Who is wrong here????? How would you have taken it????

I think it's still the policy, and you probably got robbed of the deal due to the CS you talked to was ill informed.
