I usually use first cold pressed Italian EVOO. This time I purchased first cold pressed Spanish EVOO. Should I expect any differences in taste or finish? To the best of my knowledge this is the first time I've purchased EVOO from Spain and I do not know the differences in the characteristics of the different olives.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.
