Several weeks back their was a discussion on how long eggs could be out of refrigeration and still be safe to eat... Someone had left them out all day and was concerned...
The answers were mixed as to whether to throw them out or not... I have just read something (talking about cooking eggs for EASTER) they told you that eggs that had once been refrigerated should be out of the refrigerator NO MORE THAN 2 HOURS................
The person that wrote in back in March should have thrown her eggs out to be safe...
Just thought i would pass this along...
Happy Easter/Happy Passover
