Re: EASY Appetizers to Share at Bunco Night? Can You Share Your Recipe?

Yes, I prefer the red pepper jelly over the cream cheese, so good. You got me craving some now. I just like cocktail sauce over chilled shrimp. Think I will had this to my list for New Years eve.

Frozen spanakopita (spinach and feta cheese in phyllo dough)..........so easy to bake in oven and can taste as good lukewarm or room temp as they do when hot.

Costco has some very good ones.

Great for vegetarians.  Phyllo dough is so thin and crispy that you don't feel overloaded with carbs.

I always have a vegetable plate and serve it with a mixture of sour cream & ranch dressing.  We also like a cheese and summer sausage tray with butter crackers on the side.  I also serve a block of cream cheese topped with a mix of catchup & horseradish (cocktail sauce!) and sprinkled with a tin of tiny shrimp which has been drained.  A nice cheese ball is always good and a bowl of bunches of grapes is also a nice alternative.

Break up and Brown sausage in a skillet.
Melt Velveeta with browned sausage.

Spread mixture onto rye bread and place on cookie sheet.

Bake rye bread pizzas at 350 degrees until desired doneness.

2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Garlic salt
1 bunch diced green onions
1 pkg Cocktail Party Rye Bread

Combine Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, green onions and garlic salt to taste. Spread on Cocktail Party Rye Bread. Broil until brown. Serve immediately.
