Just wondering if any of you kitchen magicians can share some good (& easy) recipes for
appetizers to share at Bumco night.

Triscuit Delights- put triscuits on a cookie sheeet & top with a slice of cheese & pepperoni. Put under broiler until cheese melts- only a couple minutes.

Liverwurst and chutney spread on cocktail rye... my mom’s favorite appetizer to serve. It sounds terrible but it tastes great!

Also, chipped beef and cream cheese warmed in the oven... will get the recipe for you and post it here.

It has a tiny bit of onion in it.

1) Little Smokies: Stir together 1 can whole cranberries and 1 cup Country Bob's Special Sauce (by the BBQ sauces at your grocery)  and pour over 2 packages of Little Smokies Warm for a couple of hours in a slow cooker. 2) Crab spread: Pour 1 bottle of red Seafood Sauce over a block of cream cheese. Sprinkle one can of well-drained crab meat on top -spread on crackers.

@Solar Is My Name one of the best and easiest recipes for a quick appetizer is to take a block of softened cream cheese and pour either cocktail sauce or pepper jelly over it.  Served with crackers like Ritz or Townhouse types it is absolutely delicious!

Lovestoteach, what type of chutney do you use?  This sounds so interesting!  So it is a cold appetizer?  I love make ahead that you can just pull out of the fridge and serve!
