For all who enjoy cooking with Chocolate: I wondered if you might have a favorite brand of Dutch Chocolate Cocoa Powder? I've read recent reviews touting Valrhona and Callebaut. Both quite pricey and before making a purchase I'd much appreciate some real world reviews. These gourmet dutched cocoas are touted to be much smoother and more chocolate-tasting than the commonly found Hershey's. I have seen Droste Cocoa Powder locally available and it has decent reviews on Amazon. Wondering if Valrhona or Callebaut is worth the mail order purchase for baking brownies, making hot cocoa, etc. this winter. I look forward to your comments.
