What a laugh! I can't even imagine that in a well-stocked restaurant.

I need to reach for the things I use the most, and with all that organization (looks like it, anyway), you'd still be rifling through for what you want.

Unless that is a commercial kitchen, nobody could use all that before they went bad.

I have a spice drawer.  They line up niceley that way and I can easily find what I want.

You also have to wonder are all the bottles and jars behind the first row filled?

But, of course!  I don't think I could name that many spices.  No way could I cook with that many!

I have a double turntable in a cabinet!  Buy small size of everything but garlic pepper!

Mine is close, but it is in a few deep drawers fitted with spice organizers--and my spice jars are all smaller.  I cook at home all the time and love to have the variety of flavors at my disposal.
