I can remember back in the late 60's - early 70's when a group of us would go out on pay day for lunch and stop in at a local florist shop. They sold Russell Stover candy bars and we would always get the French Mint ones. It was a real treat because they were much more expensive than Hershey bars or any of the others.
bought one about a month at Winn-Dixie in NW Fl. now they are gone. but you can buy them from Russell stover online.

They are seasonal. I think they appear near the middle to end of November or early December and usually sell out pretty quickly, you just have to keep checking and when you see them pounce. There are two kinds Marshmints which are one inch squares hand-made with are a layer of fluffy honey marshmallow coated on all sides with See's rich dark chocolate and topped with minty green jelly and the other one is Red Hot Swamp Goo same as above, but with Cinnamon Jelly instead of the mint.
