I posted a few days ago about my trip to Teavana. I bought a mixture of Blueberry Bliss and Strawberry Lemonade tea(s). They have it out for sampling at the store and it's iced, which is the only type of tea I like. It's very sweet though (which I like) and when I made it at home mine wasn't sweet, so I added some simple sugar. But the man at the store was trying to sell me some rock sugar and I declined, but now I'm re-thinking. Does anyone know anything about rock sugar? Does it dissolve? The description on Teavana's website says it's the best way to enhance the natural flavor of tea without changing it.
