Does anyone have an Emeril Nonstick Fry Pan?

I have Stainless Steel All Clad cookware and I was in need of a large 12" nonstick fry pan and couldn't afford the All-Clad one, so I opted for Emeril's which is made by All-Clad. Cooking.com had Emeril's Nonstick Fry Pan Set, (2-pc.) 12" and 8" for only $39.99. Am I going to be happy with his cookware fry pans?
