Does anyone have a Blendtec?

Looks interesting and I'm tempted to try one, but wondering if all the settings might be a reason for concern about more frequent breakdowns? I love that it seems quieter than the VitaMix, and apparently works independently of your constant input. Another concern for me is that the contents seem to splash against the top, when it doesn't do that so often with the VitaMix. Not sure why you need the insert to clear the sides. Don't do this with the VitaMix.

Just curious to see if anyone has any experience with this product yet. Thanks.
