Re: Does anyone have Curtis stone cookware

[ Edited ]

Thank you all for your replies.

I decided to order Im very disappointed in my CE quality. I cook everyday (sometimes 3 meals).

I like the pieces included in this set. Thanks again!

PS: I have enjoyed watching Curtis as a chef and like he's not super hype like other "chefs" im sure you'll know who I'm talking about...

Re: Does anyone have Curtis stone cookware

I have the first "Everyday Pan" he presented, and then the second one which is deeper.  These pans are TOP OF THE LINE products!!  I love these pans!!!  They are unlike any of the so called non-stick pans out there....And by the way, I just threw out the Gotham steel ceramic pan that I purchased a couple of months ago as a "todays special value!"   It did not hold up and lost its non-stick quality.  It had moderate and careful use.  From now on I will stay with Curtis Stone products or LeCreuset...

@luvdavid, it would be worthwhile to consider the Simply Ming cookware on HSN.  I have several Curtis Stone pieces and several from Ming Tsai and really like both.

Re: Does anyone have Curtis stone cookware

I have the deeper everyday pan and two 12" pans. I love that they come with glass lids. The nonstick on these is the best! I have oil stains on the outside of my pans, but the insides look brand new, even after over a year of regular use. I found that I kept reaching for these pans, so I'm throwing out the Lorena Garcia - everything stuck to it! I still use the Calphalon, but the nonstick on Curtis Stone seems more durable and the pans cost less. Can't recommend his pans enough!

Great point @Marp I too love Simply Ming cookware.  I bought one of his I guess you could call it a wok on sale and I just love it.  No problem with the surface turning from non-stick and cleans up beautifully . . . Smiley Happy
