Does Anyone Have The Cabbage "China"?

@ECBG    Yes, I have a very large salad bowl in this pattern.

 

It's so pretty and makes my salads look extra special.  I always 

get lots of compliments on this serving piece.

 

It looks great with any set of dinnerware I use.

@ECBG  Are those cabbage dishes something new and being sold currently?

                In the 1980's my grandmother gave me a set of four

antique majolica plates from Portugal that are similar.

                My plates are about 8" diameter and have 12 small

leaves. I like to use them for serving individual salads, like

salade Nicoise or a stuffed tomato on a bed of lettuce.

i don't have them, but I have seen and admired them for years.  I like to collect unusual and unique serving pieces.

I've had a set of the cabbage dishes for a few years.  I have some of the serving pieces but I also use some Portmeirion botanic garden serving pieces with it as well.  I still enjoy the look and it makes me smile!

There might have been a reissue, I never looked into that.  There are pieces on ebay, which was the extent of my search.  You might want to check Replacements.
