Do you wash and re-use storage bags?

This morning on HSN, they were showing a Cuisinart bag sealer and kept mentioning that the bags were reuseable.  Said to put them in the dishwasher???

Personally, I do not like the idea.  How about you?

I surely do.  I never use a zip lock bag just once.

No, probably I should , but I know I never will.

Yes, I do re-use storage bags.  I wash them by hand, then air-dry by putting them over an empty glass milk bottle.

I don't use many; we have too much plastic waste already and I'm loath to add to the problem.

@Zhills  I reuse my Foodsaver bags until they are too small to seal.  I wash them out with hot soapy water and stand up on an empty bottle until they dry.

Not if it held something wet or greasy like a stew or cooked meats. But yes if it was used for bakery, cat fud, uncooked pasta, etc.
