Do you use a mandolin regularly? Any reccomendations.

Is cleanup easy?

Dishwasher safe makes me happy, but willing to hand wash.

Can you cut yourself easily?

I want to start using one so I can enjoy raw zucchini, and thinner sliced veggies without having to peel the skins off such as cucumbers.
