Do you use Cast Iron Enamel Cookware?

I am looking for safe, non-toxic, non-stick cookware. I am finding that cast iron enamel is recommended.

Do you like it? Is it really non-stick? What is your favorite brand and best place to purchase them? I would prefer not to purchase any that are made in China. Can you use them on a cooktop? And any other information would be helpful.

Thanks to you all. I have Cooks essentials now and I keep smelling fumes when I use them.....scary!
