No, we don't ever refrigerate vinegars. As for oil, we use olive oil and sometimes corn oil and never refrigerate them.

Mmm.  That  sounds great!  di Olivas has one variety similar to that, maybe white summer peach, and I know exactly what you mean.  Once you get a really great balsamic, there is no turning back!

No, I don't refrigerate vinegars or oils.

No..except my Apricot White Balsamic..and only cause it cost $30...
