I do but the bottle doesn't say needs to be refrigerated.

@hopi

No, I do not place any flavor or type of balsamic vinegar in the refrigerator.  I buy from a local gourmet shop, DiOlivas (St. Louis region).  I have an entire crate of flavored balsamic vinegars (also many types of EVOO) that I collect and keep in a VPH storage crate.  Some I have had for at least four years.  I have never had an issue either.

My latest bottle was Blood Orange balsamic.

No, I do not.  I use both dark and light balsamic and they are stored in a cupboard.

No, and I do not think that you need to refrigerate any vinegar.  I have a nice selection of vinegars and keep them in my pantry.  For some reason, though, I always refrigerate rice wine vinegar.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

@hopi  So many have said they don't refrigerate it, but I refrigerate all my vinegars - probably because my mother did.  Smiley Frustrated

I don't refrigerate vinegars but I do refrigerate oils so they last longer and don't go rancid sitting in the cabinet.

@jpie  My source for good oils and vinegars is The Olive Scene (dot com).  If your store offers Grapefruit White Balsamic, I urge you to try it.  It's all I can do to keep from drinking it straight from the bottle.

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.
