That's why I have one of those little yogurt makers!  THe Dash one was $24 last week at HSN but seems to have gone back up in price.  They work great and you can snag one at a good price.

 

Also, I have read that if you hold the milk at 180-185 for five minutes the yogurt should thicken better.

OK.  I'll admit it miss smarty!  LOL!!!  I DID buy another one!  I like that I can make regular and Greek at the same time, and have FOUR containers, two lids and two strainers if I need them.  Or make two batches in a row with only one base out and all those containers to cook, strain and store in.  LOL!!!  YOU CAUGHT ME!  Woman Frustrated

OH, and the strainer that comes with it is very nice and easy to clean up and fits in either of the two inluded tubs that also both would fit in the cooker!
