I don't have many cookbooks, so my favorite right now is King Arthur Flour Whole Grain Baking. I'm planning to borrow Bob's Red Mill Cookbook: Whole & Healthy Grains for Every Meal of the Day from the library through interlibrary loan. I want to make sure that I'd actually use some of the recipes before buying another cookbook.
Do you have a favorite "cooking from scratch" cookbook or one that uses minimal processed foods?
Another one I have and like fairly well is Betty Crocker's Whole Grains. It does use some processed foods (cereals, frozen rolls, etc.) in some of the recipes.
