I have not had good luck freezing sliced cheese and don't do it anymore.  Like other posters mentioned, it crumbles.

I don't tend to get sliced cheese, but I would use a FoodSaver.

 

I buy blocks of cheese and they store very well in a Formaticum CHEESE Storage  Bag.  I have cheese in the fridge in these bags that is months old.  These things are a GREAT invention.

 

I am not enamored with their other storage bags...have tried with bread and veggies, but no success.
