I had hopes that the Vitamix 7500 would be able to totally replace my Ninja, but twice now (mixing pancake batter, making brownies) I have had trouble mixing without large amounts of dry ingredients all over the inside container and even more disconcerting.. much of the mix still not incorporated.
Certainly for these type tasks I find the Blendtec is FAR superior, and much easier to scrape down the sides and the Ninja pulse even does a better job with this type of process.
I am wondering if I should add the dry ingredients through the top while it is running, but I am thinking that it might "beat" the batter too long yielding tough cakes???
