@eddyandme   The blue font indicates a link to the recipe.  It's one I posted in the Recipes forum last year .   I recommend it, and hope you'll give it a 'try on' soon.

I pulled out some leftover bubble pizza casserole from the freezer so it will be that with a small salad.

What is a bubble pizza casserolel @shoptilyadropagain ?  Sounds delish!

@eddyandme   in greased 9 x 13, cut up a tube or 2 of Grands Biscuits.  I only use a small can of 5 because I don't want all the bread/carbs.  I cut them up pretty small.  Then add browned ground beef (I use close to 2 pounds)  mixed with as much pizza sauce as you prefer.  You can add anything to this mixture (sausage, onions, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, green peppers, etc).  I use turkey pepperoni and onion.  Layer that on top of the cut-up biscuits.  Then on top of the hamburger, layer with 1 or 2 pkgs of mozz cheese.  I always sprinkle Oregano on top of the cheese.  I follow the biscuits baking instructions but check it periodically.

I will have sea scallops and sliced tomato.  Not interesting but keeps me on a weight loss effort.  I might add a smidge of pesto for flavor.

That Tuscan bean recipe with mushrooms and artichokes posted here looks really good, that would fit in my diet if I cut the oil back.  I will gather those ingredients, I have the beans.

Found some shrimp in the freezer, then found a recipe for creamy shrimp alfredo pasta.  Gonna try that.

We'll grill something (I'm about ready for a hamburger patty after 3 days of salmon), frozen French green beans, and fresh salad spinach salad.

My question is always  "Where is the GREEN?" (vegetable).

Brat, baked beans, and coleslaw. Leftovers from Labor Day.

Leftovers here too - burgers are gone, but hot dogs, bean bake, macaroni, potato, and tossed salads. Maybe deviled eggs - I have the eggs ready, but I have to make the filling.  Smiley Happy
