Hi ladies- don't know if there is any solution to this, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how to sleep when I am trying to lose weight. It's been a while since I've done any official "diet". When I did weigh-watchers years ago I had trouble sleeping at night because I do wake up a few times to use the bathroom, and I would find myself too hungry to go back to sleep. Now, I am on a high-protein diet and am having the same problem. I did have a sugar-free yogurt dessert before bed.
