SUZY.........I cannot get the knack of yeast cooking....... It alludes me every time. 

These look like Parker House Rolls I get in Boston.....I could eat EVERYONE !

I believe Parker house is where you have round circles and fold over not quite to the opposite edge. I've  made them, but, most people just want

regular rolls. Rolls when you buy them at restaurants like Golden Chick taste good when you first get them then turn hard as hockey pucks later.

Must be preservatives. Just make my own most of the time.
