That top pic is cast iron skillet that David V had on one time. Good little skillet.

 

the big pan is stoneware by Le Crueset always use that for rolls.

 

cast iron doesn't show up very good in pictures LOL

Some recipes will say to butter before you bake, but, I don't I wait till just out of the oven then go over with stick of butter.

 

If you butter before U bake makes the tops too brown look almost burnt.

 

You learn by doing I guess.
