I liked the tea but the sales staff was so aggressive I stopped buying. Maybe it was just our location, but the staff was trained to push the customer to buy larger quantities than requested and would not give it up. It’s a small space too with no way to look at things without a sales person at your elbow.

Yes, I knew. I got an email last week saying that their website was shutting down. I was able to order one of my favorite teas at half off and free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

 

But Teavana went downhill in the last five years. Their selection was lacking in variety.
