that were used during the demonstrations of Emeril's air fryer? I have read that the air fryer gets quite hot in the base and I really would like to get one of these trivets now that I have ordered the air fryer. My countertop is made of corian and I would love to protect it.
Have checked on QVC and on Amazon dot com, but did not see one that is similar.

I remember seeing them on what I thought were kitchen Lazy Susans. I just took a quick look on WalMart and if you search Lazy Susans a bunch come up. Most are in a polymer, but others are in a wood. And I know I've seen them in Bed, Bath and Beyond.... I personally have one under my little kitchen TV (so I can turn it anywhere I go,
) and have them in my pantry, all sizes. I swear by them.... and think it's an excellent idea for your new fryer! Good luck!

I didn't see the presentation, but my air fryer came with a black round silicone trivet & I already had one the same size & type but in blue that I bought at Target.

I didn't see the presentation either, but I would totally agree that silicone trivets are the best!
I have several LeCreuset silicone trivets and the reason I l ike those the most are that they are a very thick silicone. I've had them for years and they look like new and are thick enough for any purpose.
There are lots of silicone trivets out there. While the LC ones are NOT expensive at all, there are some that cost even less if cost is a big issue. ![]()

Thank you all for your input. I think I will look into the thick silicojne trivets. Makes perfect sense. Since they will be good for the Le Creusset, they should be good for the air fryer.

I did not notice them. I use mine on the counter with no problems. I don't think it gets hot enough to damage my counter.

Just ordered two of these. It's 8" so it should be large enough. I already have 4 7inch silicone trivets and they work well.

HI Clem! I have some of those exact ones. I have a few of that large round one, a nice rectangular one, and a few of the really small round ones.
I have to admit I probably didn't need the really small ones but they were so cute, and I actually DO use them to some degree. ![]()
BTW, I keep my round ones, like you pictured, on a magnetic hook on the side of my refrigerator. AT first I wondered if it might break down and have the hole break but after several years it hasn't made one iota of difference.

What a great idea to hang one on my refrigerator. Would look great in my kitchen. Thanks for the idea.
