it looks really good but I don't need any more fry pans/skillets--have enough in the ceramic non stick from various brands--I need sauce pans---they are hard to find in a set that is a good price.

I've only caught two snips of two shows. I think the gal on there said they'd be back at 1.
But I have to finish watching Steel Magnolias for the zillionth time. My signature movie.

I had to go look. They offer a handsome product but I'm wary that some reviewers complained that food stuck and that you have to use oil or butter. Maybe I'm not knowledgeable about ceramic cookware but I thought ceramic-coated was supposed to be the most "slippery" of all.
I like the design of the handles and the pan-shape options.

I looked at it, just out of curiosity, and one thing that jumped out at me was that, unless I missed it, there was no mention that it was 18/10 SS. From that, one would deduce that it's most likely 18/0. That would be something that I wouldn't use.

I only have the large saute with the straight sides that they sold last summer. It has a steamer basket and a deep fry wire basket. I use this to steam corn on the cob, you can do a bunch at a time. I've never used it to fry anything. I'm curious how this brand would hold up compared to Curtis Stone, which seems to be the hands down favorite on this board. (Or maybe there are just a few very dedicated vocal posters)
