The ones I make for my husband are Ninja cupcakes with Butterscotch instant pudding in them. He just loves them.

Ok, now you KNOW, Quality you have to share a recipe for something called Ninja cupcakes, right? Personally my favorite are the brownie batter cupcakes from the "Your cup of cake" website.

I LOVE cupcakes. Both baking them and eating them! My favorites are red velvet with cream cheese frosting, banana cupcakes with brown sugar buttercream and chocolate cupcakes with coffee buttercream.

This is from Bob Warden's Ninja cookbook.

Prep is 8 min. Cook 22 min's, Serves 16-18.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup vegetable oil

1/4 Cup whole milk

3/4 Cup water

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 (18 1/4 oz.) package of yellow cake mix

1 (3.4 oz.) Pkg. butterscotch instant pudding mix

4 large eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 (12 cup) muffin pans with paper cupcake liners. I get about 18 (a few are good sized).

Place oil, milk, water, vanilla, cake mix, pudding mix and eggs into the Ninja 40-oz. bowl with blade in position, and pulse 5 times. Then process for 10 seconds. Carefully remove blade.

Divide mixture into prepared muffin pans, filling about 3/4 full

Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
