I could be wrong but I think you are confusing Debbie Meyer with Kathy Mitchell, pictured below.  Both are redheads, but Debbie is more petite {and probably younger] than Kathy who is 70.  Just my two cents!!

I think it is her on HSN.  I had TV on, but wasn't watching it.  Voice is the same.  Never tried her "green" items.  I did buy her "cake cutters" when she was on QVC.  Another stupid purchase.  Never used them so donated them.

I know Kathy Mitchell has been a hawker for many items over the years in infomercials . If I have fallen asleep in front of the tv  her voice always wakes me up . 

She advertises Red Copper.  On HSN she has sold the 'Dump' cookbooks. Years ago she sold a little countertop appliance that the non-stick surface got terrible reviews of. I remember it was suppsed to use a peice of "ordinary white bread with pie filling inside and turned it into a dessert !" -- er no it was a piece of toasted bread with pie filling inside .

Debbie Meyer was on QVC years ago with her cake cutters.  Kathy Mitchell was on QVC with one or two kitchen appliances which were also on infomercials with her.     Another mistake:  I bought the cake cutters and used them once.  Long gone--donated.
