David's new cookbook

I preordered one of David's new cookbooks when they were first offered to make sure I received a signed copy. It was to ship out Oct. 9th. But I noticed that several people have left feedback that they have already received theirs. I don't know how since they weren't shipping until the 9th. I won't be happy if I don't get a signed copy. Anyone else?
