I've entered the unfortunate ranks of those with severe why is this happening? temp-tations cracking. My 9x13 confetti lid-it has undergone the dreaded spontaneous cracking. Took it from the dishwasher last night to give a quick once-over toweling before placing into its drawer for safekeeping. As I was running my one bare hand and one toweled hand around it, I felt it. Took a look. Huge crack. Turned it over and discovered it's a through-and-through crack. It's just ready and prime for complete breakage. Glad I caught it before it could happen during cooking. Dang. I used it all the time. I'm not happy.
