Pink Lady is my apple of choice but I also like Honey Crisp.  I like to heat up peanut butter in the microwave and dip the apple slices in it.

LOVE Pink Lady!  Just cut one up for my husband's lunch this morning.  I buy the smaller ones in a big and they are very crisp and not too sweet.

 

A far cry from the days when all we could buy were the bags of Delicious apples.

 

I love all the "new" varieties!
