Does anyone have a favorite brand that they use.  I am looking to change from the one I have been using.

I use a big plastic one I got from HomeGoods.   Easy to clean by putting it in the dishwasher.

I have used this set of 4 1000023031.jpg for several years. They are flexible and I like to have a clean one when going from meat to veg.

I like those thin flexible ones, too. Easy to handle, clean and store.

I also use thin flexible ones. I think mine are from Cooking Light. They came with a knife set from QVC.

I use a smaller plastic one I use for simple chopping.

For meats and/or major (more than just a little) I use a large wooden one by Pampered Chef, covered by the applicable heavy plastic pliable "board." I have vegetable, fruit, chicken, fish, and beef.

For bread I use the wooden one uncovered.   Smiley Happy

I used to use plastic mostly.  I also own a big Boos board with a well around the perimeter.  These days I use a titanium board in order to avoid microplastics.  It does not dull knives.

Another vote for avoiding microplastics, etc.

I purchaed a custom 12x18 walnut cutting board with grooves and built in handles on Etsy.

I had a solid maple board that was badly stained and when replacing it, I realized how handy handles were!
