Like @JeanLouiseFinch I use parchment paper. For brownies or bars, I just flip over after item is cooled, then ice and/or cut I to sizes I want. I love parchment paper because it's inexpensive as well as being recyclable w/ yard waste.

 


Yes Parchment Paper is the best. It also protects your pans when baking anything especially chicken.
