Customized Cookies for Easter!

OK, I go for almost anything where I can personalize or at least customize it to my liking.

 

HSN has a cookie product -- Yummy Art Easter Cookies.

 

Item #600-891

 

Edible stickers, edible marker ink!  The cookies are already baked & iced in cute shapes (bunnies, butterflies, eggs). 

 

Has anyone tried this before?  I'm so tempted.

Sounds like a lot of chemicals to me.

 

I'll stick with my own home baking so I know what is in it.

 

I've seen those edible stickers on cakes and things, and would always pick it off.

I think it would be fun especially for kids. I understand people are concerned about dyes but I feel as long as you just once in awhile use it that it would be OK. Thinking back on all the m&m's & candy I have eaten in my life time I ate alot of colored candies and I am still alive.

In WM in the bakery section they have these.  I've bought them for GD to decorate & I think you get 6 for $4.00 or so.

 

Includes icing packet, sprinkles -- everything for a fun project!

 

(I saw the hsn demo & I thought that was expensive)
