@dex  I thank you so much for my first laugh out loud of the day about your two bowls of ice cream viewing, goodness that was funny!

I will be taking a pass on his products this time around as I am a burger person and love Bobby Chez burgers.  I did take a chance on the burger TSV that QVC just offered, I hope they don't disappointment but my beloved BC burgers are just so dang expensive (but always consistently delicious).

I hope if anyone does try CS food products they let us know how things went as everything sure did look delicious!

Re: Curtis Stone

[ Edited ]

Well, I've been on these forums since September, I think, and have heard all the raves about Curtis Stone.  I left my pizza pan behind when I moved, it was old and in terrible shape, but I think, for the price, these might be a good buy for me, and a chance to try out the line.

I read the manual, but I have a question perhaps one of you can answer for me: It says to not heat the pans without food. What if I want to put a 10 inch frozen pizza in the 14 inch perf pan; will that harm it?

Have to say, the chocolate bread pudding speaks to me. Wonder if you could use half and half, rather than whole and heavy cream, what do you think? And I would probably use chocolate chips.

Thanks for starting this thread, CLEM.

Edit: Realize the perf pan is 12 inches, but question remains.

@summerwind  I have a set of his pans when they first came out and just love them.  Not sure I can completely answer your question but I recently moved and no longer have a microwave.  Since I don't like to fire up an oven just for an occasional frozen dinner, I would dump the contents into one of his pots and let it gently heat up on the stovetop.  I would think a frozen pizza would be ok but do you think maybe Customer Service would be able to answer your question?
