Curtis Stone cookware.

[ Edited ]

Chef Stone must have quite a following.
Don't you love the testimonials?   Why do callers repeat calls-in testimonials?

Some guy called in a testimonial Friday, and called again today.  Maybe just love to talk to Chef Curtis?.   Or hear himself on tv?  😁

BTW, what are those white specks in his pots and pans?  Have been tempted to buy one of the pieces.

That was rather odd, I thought!

I honestly wish both stations would do away with testimonial calls.  I feel like they add NOTHING to the presentation other than fill time.  NO thanks

Many years ago there was a show selling laptops. The male host, don't recall his name, took a call from an older guy and "someone" didn't hit the "dump" button fast enough as the caller said he only used a computer to watch porn! They cut that off really fast and move on without any comment. It was hysterical.

@EatWell For what it's worth I have replaced my cookware with Curtis Stone's. It's lighter and nothing sticks, and I really mean nothing. I don't think you will be disappointed if you try a piece.

@EatWell Those little spots are just part of the coating.  I don't know if they serve a particular purpose or if it's possibly just how the coating comes out.  However, we have been really happy with the pans we have.  So many of those super non-stick pans work great until they don't, which can be at any time.  These have stood the test of time at our house.  My husband cooks eggs every day in the one I bought him a couple of years ago.
