Curtis Stone 14" Electric Fry Pan

Have any of you had problems with this pan?  Used it today for the 2nd time and it just stopped working.  The light on the plug lit, but the pan didn't heat up.  I called the Warranty number and asked if they might know what the problem could be.  The woman thought it could be the heating element.  After only 2 uses?  YIKES!!!  Because I bought it from HSN in July 2019, it's out of warranty.   Guess it'll go out with the trash Tuesday night.

I've read a few complaints on this. Also where they put that which seems to be awkward. And myself, I just don't like that you can't get the bottom wet and soapy. I love his stuff but but a few improvements on this would be great.
