Cuisinart mixer

Anyone answer my questions, please.

This mixer seems noisy when I watch the demo. Do you find it to be noisy ?

Do you have to use the splash guard? I assume that is just an accessory and

you do not have to use it.

I have a Kitchen aid, but , do not like the narrow at the bottom bowls and it doesn't

go around the bowl completely. This one looks like it has fatter bowls.
