Has anyone received the Cuisinart Chopper Mark Charles had on a couple of weeks ago?  My order keeps saying...shipped but not received by UPS.

@walker  Does the tracking show any movement?  If not, contact the mods at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com, including the order #.

@Kachina624 .... tracking shows no movement since Feb. 25th....Q shows sent to UPS but not received.  Thanks for tip on contacting qsocialteam.  Before I read that, I called Customer Service.  She checked and saw the problem...lost item...no movement.  She offered me a credit on item and I took it.  If it should ever show up, I'll call Q back and return or re-buy.  I've never had this problem before.  I guess Q is going through some changes....hopefully, for the better with shipping!

@walker.  It sounds like the shipper mishandled it.  This happens occasionally.  Somewhere out there is a huge pile of misplaced QVC boxes and bags.

@Kachina624 .....😂😂...that's funny!  So far, no one has responded to having received this chopper so maybe that pile is getting bigger!  I read two reviews on the item and they were not good so maybe I am the lucky one! Let it be lost!  😂 Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

@walker - I had it happen in November with something I wanted as a Christmas present for a friend.  It was over two weeks (closer to three?) and no sign of the item or any movement.

I got a refund.  And must've been a week or so later, there it was on my doorstep!  It was in perfect condition, so I just had them recharge my CC.

The mystery of where it had been, however, remains!

@walker - Did you order the chopper that is a manual unit or the one that is an electric mini food processor unit? If it's the latter, I have it and love it.

@loriqvc ..... I ordered the manual one.  Glad that you like your electric mini-chopper.  Now that I have received my refund, it will probably be delivered as happened to @Venezia.  😁
