Has anyone gotten their replacment blades yet from Cuisinart for the food processors that were part of the recall late last year?

Thanks for the reminder, @aubnwa01.
I tried going on their website when the recall first came out, and I couldn't even get on there.
I think that my model has the blade that needs to be replaced. I need to check it again to be sure.

I submitted my claim on 12-13-16 & got an email telling me they'd gotten my claim, but that was the last I heard. It was such a large amount of machines affected, it may take awhile to fill all the requests.

They are having delays, but what is the cut off date. I just bought a processor last month, do Ineed a new blade? WTF?

I sent in for mine as soon as I heard about the replacement. It arrived 3-4 weeks ago. They must be sending out millions of blades. Patience.

i got an email a couple weeks ago that they are still working on the replacements. i filed right away too.

I submitted my replacement request back December, but have only received 2 "thank you for your patience" updates. It's heartening to see that some of you have received your replacements - it's like seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! Maybe mine will be coming soon!
