I have a few crockpot cookbooks and there are a few stuffing recipes in there. It makes sense to cook it this way. It should be moist. I wouldn't want soggy stuffing. I could put a towel over the crock and then put the lid on to keep the condensation from dripping in it. Has anyone tried cooking stuffing this way?
