It actually wouldn't be too difficult for me since I already don't eat fast food, soda pop, or white bread. I really only eat chocolate or candy when I have it around, like for the holidays. The most challenging thing for me would be giving up ice cream for 3 weeks, and I would miss eating chips and having either an English muffin or croissant for breakfast, but I could discipline myself to go without those for 21 days.

Without even trying! lol... I don't eat any of those things now.
But I do understand it is a challenge if you normally consume all of those things regularly. Good luck if you try!

It's eating a low carb diet.
Works for many but I've known really thin Junk Food Junkies, too.
