I actually pretty much already do that, besides the occasional ice cream or chocolate/candy. Never drink soda or eat fast food, never white breads or pastries, never chips. It's actually really not that hard to do.

I did a Whole30 which is stricter than that (no known allergens, so you can't use most bottled/jarred/canned/boxed items or eat out).
It's only 30 days. I was busy enough with work that I didn't have a lot of time to whine about what I was missing ;o)

I could do it because I could have pasta and wheat bread. I cannot go without pasta and bread. I could have popcorn as a snack. Two other must-have foods are skim milk and morning coffee.
