for years?  I ask after a conversation with former co-worker.

She mentioned she ran into a man who had worked with us and it reminded me he ate a peanut butter sandwich everyday for lunch for the 3 years he worked with us. No variations. Same PB, same bread, no jelly.  Weekends too.

He said he had done it since he was in elementary school  and he was 50.

We would order lunch from a really good place and he had his  PB sandwich.

I guess if he liked them good for him.  I couldn't do it.  I like a little variety.

Some people don't like change I guess. I could not eat the same thing like that. Too many great foods out there.

Now, no.  As a kid, I had a peanut butter sandwich and a bag of potato sticks for my school lunch every day for years.  That's all I wanted.

It was a cold lunch to eat at work, sure could.  The fun would the other meals.

I couldn't!!!!!  A woman I worked with ate the same lunch for years.  She was a person who ate to live because she had to have nourishment so it didn't matter to her what she ate.   She would take a cookie or cupcake if someone put them out but would only eat part one day and part the next.

We liked our lunch.  Usually about 10 o'clock someone would ask what we were doing about lunch. We would check the  different specials at the various places in town and then call our order in.

If the one attorney was going to a different county in the morning we would have him bring lunch back from a different place.

@CrazyKittyLvr2 No way would I limit my palette to one  item, I get bored very easily.  The older I get, the more foods I enjoy sampling even some that at one time was on my reject list.

I could eat pizza every day for lunch or dinner  but would have to have a variety of foods for my other meals.  Pizza is one food I never tire of!!🍕🍕
