I understand that we are in a pandemic, however, the late shipment from Corky's has cost me a lot of money and stress. I think this late shipment should be free because there was not enough time to defrost for Thanksgiving. I had to pay premium prices for replacement turkey and ham. What a pain.

I've seen a lot of complaints about Corky's this year, more than usual.
Maybe QVC should reconsider them being a vendor, that can't deliver what they promise, leaving buyers disappointed and scrambling for 'plan B'?

@Naturally I agree with you completely. We just received our shipment yesterday and everything is hard as a rock. I ordered this, in the first place, for convenience and to relieve some of the stress of a heavy schedule I am dealing with.
We purchased a $50 plus ham as part of Plan B since I didn't know whether we would receive this item or not. I'm not happy.....I ordered this a month ago and they had plenty of time to notify me if problems were to occur.
I won't make this mistake again.
