Corky's TSV

Hi. I am thinking of ordering the upcoming TSV from Corky's. What does NC style ribs taste like. They have 3 choices of sauce. I don't like the idea of 2lb slabs as that is too much for me so I may not order. I would rather the 1lb packs. I have never had the NC style. Is it like a mustard sauce?? Thanks.
