That is unusual for a pork tenderloin to be tough, not good.

Thought at first you were talking about the pork ribeye "steaks" but those are Rastelli's anyway.

Weren't crazy about those so I gave up buying pork online, easier to buy locally.

That is odd. Tenderloin should not be tough?

DH has always makes pork tenderloin on the grill using the indirect cook method. It's always tender.

We like to eat BBQ pork sliders with it.

@rockygems123.  I always either pressure cook it or cook long and slow in a crock pot.  It falls apart.

Re: Corky’s Pork Tenderloins

Pork tenderloin should be just that - tender! It's the most tender piece of meat IMO along with a beef tenderloin. I always follow the oven cooking recommendations of high temperature and short cooking time. 400 degree oven, 30 minutes and internal temp of 145, for a normal sized tenderloin leaves it fork tender. Coat lightly in bbq sauce prior to cooking or just your favorite seasonings. If you overcook it, you'll have a dry and tough piece of meat.

Of course I don't buy my pork tenderloins from QVC....just at my local grocers for around $8 on sale.
